By creating or using a Patr account, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and provide account information you are entitled to use.

Correspondence

Patr simulates postal delivery for digital letters. Estimated arrival dates depend on the service's route and delivery rules. Notifications and uninterrupted access depend on device settings, network access and service availability. Keep a separate copy of correspondence you cannot afford to lose.

You retain rights to what you write and give Patr permission to store and process it to provide the service, deliver it to the intended correspondent and handle reports. Send only content you have the right to share. Do not use Patr for threats, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, spam or attempts to access another person's account. We may restrict accounts and remove content to protect users or comply with applicable requirements.

Purchases and membership

Available products and prices are displayed through Google Play before purchase. Play processes payment, subscription renewal, cancellation and refunds under its applicable rules. Consumable postal upgrades and rare numbered stamps are separate purchases. A purchased rare stamp stays in your album without expiry and may be reused on letters. It includes one Registered, Express or Deliver on extra in total, usable once on a letter carrying that stamp. The included extra does not renew or roll over; using it does not consume the stamp. Rare ownership and benefits may be revoked if the purchase is refunded. A rare stamp is subject to its edition availability; contact support about a charged purchase that could not be fulfilled.

Patr membership offers monthly, six-monthly and yearly billing periods. Every plan includes access to everyday stamps and stationery stickers, excluding rare numbered stamps, while membership is active. Each monthly allowance period provides 5 Registered, 3 Express and 1 Deliver on credit. Allowances refresh monthly from the subscription start date, even for six-monthly and yearly billing. Unused credits expire at refresh, do not roll over, and cannot be redeemed for money. Using a credit applies it to that letter; deleting the draft does not return the credit. Existing route and delivery rules still apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown by Google Play unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through Google Play before the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation; refunds, expiry and billing status can change access. Deleting the app or closing the Patr account does not cancel a Play subscription. A subscription purchase is not a permanent purchase of stamps or stickers.

Accounts and closing a letterbox

Keep your sign-in details secure. You can close your account in Patr or through the deletion page. Account deletion is permanent and removes letters sent and received from both sides. Our privacy policy explains what may remain for moderation, serial-number integrity, refunds and system retention.

Availability and changes

We may update Patr and its terms as the service evolves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we cannot guarantee continuous availability or delivery notifications at an exact time. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. Contact us below for support, purchase problems or questions.
